Optimization, Routes & Projects


Optimization of orders is needed to automatically build the most convenient route for the carrier, considering all the details.

In order to optimize the route for tasks, it is necessary to select the tasks that you created and click on the ‘Optimize’ button in the upper left corner of the page. After clicking the button, you will see a window with the details of optimization, namely, you need to enter the following parameters:



Start time

Time of the starting of the route. It cannot be set later than pickup time.

End time

End time of the route. It cannot be set later than the drop-off time period.

Start from

The starting point of the route, i.e. brunch from which you need to start

Lunch time

Here you can set a certain rest time for the carrier, during the working day

Carrier selection/Select all carriers

You can select a carrier from the list of all carriers that is on the right in this window or
you can check ‘Select all carriers’ to select all carriers for this route


If the capacity of the carrier’s transport is not sufficient to dissolve all orders, having marked
this function active, it becomes possible to arrange the route so that the carrier
returns for the parcel which he could not take earlier from the start point

*When you will choose a carrier in the details of optimization, it is necessary to pay attention to the maximum capacity of the carrier’s transport. Here about each carrier name there is an information icon where it is possible to look at the capacity.
*When selecting the parameters in the route construction, it is possible to select all the carriers for the transportation of the parcels by selecting the check mark in front of ‘Select all carriers’. This is necessary in the event that a large number of orders are driven into the system for optimization.

After entering all the parameters, click on the button ‘Done’ and go to the page where the route is built in relation to the selected tasks.

Here it is possible to clear the route, i.e. do not create or assign a route to the carrier by clicking on the ‘Clear’ button. After clicking this button, the system returns you to the list of all tasks. Also, you can assign a route to a particular carrier by clicking on the green button in the right corner in the ‘All tasks’ section, after the route is lined up. If there are many orders in the route, they will be automatically divided between carriers. On this page you can see all the information about the route, namely:

After the route is assigned to the courier, the system automatically switches to the ‘Routes’ page. On this page you can see all the routes that were created, their starting point, the carriers of these routes, the date of creating the routes, the starting and ending time of the route set by the operator and the status of the route at the moment.
Routes come in 6 different statuses:
1) Created
2) In progress
3) Finished
4) Deleted
5) Declined
6) Draft
When creating a route, it automatically arrives in the status ‘Created’. In the course of carrying out the order by the carrier, the route arrives in the status ‘In progress’, after successful completion, the route goes to the status of ‘Finished’. If the carrier did not accept (decline) the route suggested to him, the route automatically changes to the ‘Declined’ status and it becomes possible to assign this route to another carrier. When the order arrives in the status ‘Created’, it is possible to change the status of the route to ‘Draft’ by clicking the button next to the status of the route. Routes in the status of ‘Declined’ and ‘Draft’ can be deleted by clicking on the red button of the basket next to the statuses of the routes.


In the list of all tasks (general list) you can use the filter to bring out the necessary tasks. Filtering is based on the following parameters: (name=first name)

The name, telephone number and address of the customer are required.

After clicking the ‘Done’ button, all orders that were in the excel file are imported to the system. After importing orders from the excel files, you need to click on the ‘Analysis’ button to analyze the tasks. If the excel file contains clients that are not in the system, after analyzing the orders for these clients, you will be able to change the names of clients and edit their addresses. If the client already contains the excel file, after analyzing the orders for their name, you can immediately go to their creation for optimization. Those client addresses that are marked in red must necessarily be edited for further action. After the analysis is completed, you need to click the ‘Submit’ button to create the system for optimization.
