City & Carrier makes delivery management software for courier companies, postal operators, retailers and bus operators. The platform has four products: smartDelivery for end-to-end delivery management, the routeOptimizer API for route planning inside your own systems, smartLocker for parcel locker networks and routeXpander for sending parcels on bus lines. Each works alone or together.
What is smartDelivery?
An all-in-one delivery management platform. Every party (customer, courier, PUDO and counter staff, warehouse staff and the logistics manager) works in one system and sees the same parcel status, from order to delivery. Reporting and invoicing are built in. Learn more about smartDelivery
What is the routeOptimizer API?
A route optimization API for multi-vehicle fleets. It includes a Routing API, a Distance Matrix API and a Geocoding API, and handles route, vehicle, time and stop constraints, so you can plan last-mile routes automatically from your ERP or CRM. See the API · API documentation
What is smartLocker?
Parcel locker management software. Customers collect parcels with a one-time password or the mobile app, with Cash on Delivery and Recipient Pays options. Lockers keep working offline and sync when the connection is back. It runs your lockers under your brand and combines with smartDelivery and routeXpander. Learn more about smartLocker
What is routeXpander?
A line-haul module that turns intercity bus routes into a parcel network, using free luggage space. It imports routes in GTFS format (or manual entry) and shows every available route with departure and delivery times, transfer points and terminal connections. Learn more about routeXpander
