For the ease of customers, shipping labels can be printed in three different formats.

A user-centric interface enables straightforward order creation and status tracking.
Shipment statuses are updates in real-time, and a versatile search filter make search process easy.
Business customers can import orders through the bulk upload of CSV and XLSX files, in addition to being facilitated via a REST API interface.

Customers can upload addresses and comments and use them when creating orders.
Comments/instructions for each address can be added in special fields that will be visible to couriers and will ultimately help save time when delivering the order

A special Reference Number field has been added for the convenience of your customers.
Here they can add internal order number from the corporate CRM, and then search or filter in the system.

In our system, you can create any number of sub-accounts with individual settings. Users can switch between accounts with one button

Each client is individual, and for each client it is possible to set up an individual price list that will satisfy his requirements.

Depending on the requirements, you can set up a credit line, allow additional services such as COD, Recipient Pay, Sender verification by code and manage allowed payment methods for each client individually.

The price list module allows you to dynamically calculate the delivery price depending on the addresses, volume, quantity and actual weight of the shipment.

The dispatcher manages the complete delivery workflow from a centralized dashboard.
This includes assigning couriers, monitoring statuses, and resolving issues. All handled seamlessly through one interface without causing unnecessary stress.
You have the capability to setup a schedule for automatically generating tasks for business clients and designating them to the appropriate courier.
Additionally, you can develop notification templates tailored for various events.
For instance, CMR documentation can be sent when shipments are handed over, or email with POD can be sent upon delivery completion, or alerts can be directed to the warehouse when an order is placed via self-service.

The route planner allows you to reduce delivery costs and resources.
The logistician gets a complete picture of the tasks for the coming day, can calculate the required number of vehicles and couriers, delivery time, etc.

The courier mobile application provides access to all parcel information, contact phone numbers, route optimization and navigation features, enabling efficient and effective delivery operations.

In some caess customers are unable to fulfill orders in advance via the self-service platform, couriers have the option to register shipment at the time of pickup. This can be accomplished by either inputting the shipments quantity or scanning the barcode generated by the customer CRM

The system enables the identification of the recipient through either a one-time code or by documnet. In cases where the recipient has not received the SMS code, the courier can verify their identity using the provided document and record this information. This data will then be reflected in the Proof of Delivery (POD).

The Proof of Delivery (POD) serves as a key document validating the successful delivery of a shipment.
Within our system, the POD is created at the time of handover and encompasses essential details such as the time of delivery and GPS coordinates, along with identification methods and recipient information.
Additionally, it may include the recipient’s signature and images of the shipment.
