When is Spoke the better choice?
If your routes never go above 10 stops, the free Spoke plan covers them, and its app is available in 19 languages including Polish and Russian. Spoke’s team product, Dispatch, adds proof of delivery, a tracking page and an API for companies that manage several drivers.
When is Delivery Planner the better choice?
If a day has more than 10 stops, the free Delivery Planner app takes up to 50 per route without a subscription. If you work in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Azerbaijani or Ukrainian, the app is available in these languages. A one-tap SMS to tell the recipient you are arriving is part of the free app. For a quick look at a route without installing anything, the online planner takes up to 25 stops.
What if you manage several couriers?
A free app for one driver is not a dispatch system. For courier companies, postal operators and retailers, City & Carrier offers the smartDelivery platform: a courier app with route optimisation, tracking and photo and signature proof of delivery. See all products or ask for a demo.
