Settings
Route Optimization Settings
This section contains all the main settings related to route optimization.
Regular service hours
In this section, you can specify multiple working hour profiles. These will later be available for quick selection in the route optimization settings window.
Optimize by
Default value: Distance
Options:
• Time
• Distance
Depending on the selected option, the system will optimize the route to achieve either the minimum travel distance or the minimum travel time.
Service time
Default value: 4 min
The average time required to complete a task. If no other value is specified when creating a stop, this value is automatically applied to each stop.
Allow multiple tours per day
Default value: Yes
If enabled, the system will build a route with the possibility of multiple returns to the depot for reloading.
Depot loading time
Default value: Disabled
Usage condition: Available for editing only if the “Allow multiple departures from the depot during the day” parameter is set to Yes.
If enabled, this specifies the time required for loading at the depot during subsequent returns for reloading.
Maximum allowable waiting/idle time
Default value: 0 (disabled)
An important parameter that limits idle time in cases where arrival at a specified address occurs earlier than the scheduled time window (Arrival Time).
Note: If you set this value too low when there are few orders, some stops may be excluded from the route because they cannot be reached without exceeding the idle time limit.
Break time
Default value: Disabled
Specifies the time interval during which the system should schedule a break.
Additional parameters
• Break duration
• Preferred break location
Vehicle capacity
Default value: 1000
Defines the maximum carrying capacity of the vehicle.

Default value: No
Ignore closure
Default value: No
If set to Yes, ignores all closures, marked due to live traffic closures, during routing.
Avoid tools
